Crockford Base32 Definition
A base-32 encoding system that utilizes 32 human-readable characters, omitting the four letters I, L, O, and U to prevent character-reading transcription errors and accidental obscenities (note that SAM.gov Unique Entity IDs omit only the letters I and O).
